Yoga & Jiu-Jitsu

Brand New to Yoga?

Yoga takes on many forms but for us it is a way for our students to increase their overall healthful longevity, joy, peace and overall strength and mobility. Their are many aspects to Yoga but our instructors are focused on providing an environment for learning how to reap the physical benefits and mental clarity that a one hour session of yoga can provide. So if you are brand new or have previous experience we recommend scheduling a time to check out our yoga program. 

Yoga for Jiu-Jitsu

Yoga is a great practice in and of itself. Even if you have no martial arts or Jiu-Jitsu experience our yoga programs will be great for you! At Team Haanpaa Martial Arts here in Rockford, we have seen first hand the benefits for health and safety that Yoga can provide for those who practice BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu).
